Terms and Conditions for Monthly Subscription Boxes (Wax Products)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to our monthly subscription service for wax products, you (the "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not subscribe.

2. Eligibility

Our subscription service is intended for professional use only. Subscribers must be insured and qualified professionals in the relevant field. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
 

3. Subscription Commitment
Subscribers must commit to the subscription service. We can only supply businesses that are willing to engage in this recurring service. By subscribing, you agree to receive monthly deliveries of our wax products for the duration of your subscription.
 

4. Monthly Delivery Cycle
Deliveries will occur every month on a 30-day cycle. Subscribers are given an additional 3 days to make any changes to their orders before the next billing cycle begins. After this period, all orders will be processed as-is.
 

5. Automatic Orders and Invoicing
Orders will be generated automatically by the ZAKAWAX team. An invoice will be sent to the Subscriber upon the generation of the order. Payment must be made in full before delivery arrangements are initiated.
 

6. Delivery
Once payment is received, the ZAKAWAX team will arrange for delivery of the wax products. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability.
 

7. Additional Products
Subscribers have the option to include pre-waxing and post-waxing products, as well as other essential items, in their monthly subscription box. These additional products can be sorted and added to the box or ordered separately. Please ensure that any additional requests are made within the designated timeframe for order changes.
 

8. No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any wax products delivered through the subscription service. Subscribers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before the cut-off date for any changes.
 

9. Changes to Terms
ZAKAWAX reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes via email or through their account on our website. Continued use of the subscription service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
 

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
